Original Circa 1941 Wilkinson (Cleaned) First Pattern F-S Fighting Knife

An original 1941 Wilkinson First Pattern F-S Fighting Knife. This example shows wear and use but remains in solid condition, now heavily cleaned and polished with little original plating remaining to the hilt. The blade now shows a length just shy of 6 1/2”, highly polished but with both original etching panels clear and readable. The hilt is sold with no movement and an original, untouched pommel not. A solid and correct, issued and used First Pattern that has been cleaned. No scabbard.
