Pristine Wilkinson Ministry Of Supply Contract Second Pattern F-S Fighting Knife

Stunning, unissued and unused Wilkinson MoS contract Second Pattern complete with correct Wilkinson pattern scabbard. A beautiful unused example retaining most of its original dark finish. The cross-guard has the MoS inspection/ownership stamp of ⩚B2, which is over-stamped with the import mark of England. Interestingly the scabbard is ‘not’ stamped with the import mark that I can see, so may have missed that step or is a later ‘correct’ replacement. A beautiful scabbard with the elastic still present but the wings are not. Full length blade at around 6 3/4” with no signs of sharpening or use and retaining 100% of its original dark finish. Overall a fabulous, original and correct example.
