Scarce Issued, Carried & Used Fat Gripped Second Pattern F-S Fighting Knife

A lovely example of an issued, carried and used Fat Gripped Second Pattern F-S. No import stamp on this example. The ferrule portion of the grip is clearly stamped with the Ministry of Supply inspection/ownership stamp of ⩚1. The blade shows a length of 6 5/8” with the very tip blunted a little and general signs of sharpening and use with a few small old corrosion spots. A solid hilt with no issues, the pommel nut being intact and untampered with. No scabbard with this example and clearly a knife that has been issues, carried and used but a solid and totally honest example of a scarce and desirable variation, nicely marked with the correct MoS stamp.
