Wilkinson 1943 Indian Contract ⩚I Third Pattern F-S Fighting Knife

A very nice and clean example of the Wilkinson Third Pattern. Overall it appear in mostly unused condition with a full length blade of 6 7/8” retaining just about all of its original high gloss bluing. The cross-guard is stamped with the MoS inspection/ownership stamp of ⩚I and overstepped with the import stamp of England. The grip has lost some of its hard finish. The grip cast mould number is ‘3’. The pommel nut is original and untouched. No scabbard with this example.
