Rare ‘Trials Or Prototype’ SOE/OSS Escape Knife By Joseph Rodgers

A handful of these rare knives are known and believed to be pre-production trials or prototype knives for the SOE or OSS. Generally clandestine knives are unmarked but it is thought these maker marked examples were thus marked in order to identify the manufacturer and before any official acceptance. The condition of this example is excellent and appears fully complete with all blades intact. There is some very light wear and sharpening.
